SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be sent within 3 working days using Royal Mail Second Class and will arrive within 2-3 working days from dispatch.

I cannot take responsibility for any items lost or stolen. Please provide a safe and secure delivery address. Any communal (e.g. workplace) addresses provided are done so at the customers risk.

If you choose to collect your order please wait until I have contacted you to confirm it is ready to pick up and a date has been arranged.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I am a small business that cares about it's environmental impacts and ask that you take time to consider your purchase to ensure you make the right decision.

If you are not happy with your purchase please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty e.g. shipping damage. Be sure to get proof of postage for your records. Any refund due to you will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned parcel.
